The Trust for Thanet Archaeology offers professional archaeological services in Thanet and east Kent with capability in all archaeological work required by local authority planning conditions.

We are able to offer informal advice on the archaeological requirements for development projects.

Our area of operation currently includes Kent and East Sussex.

Staff

The Trust has a full time Director and Deputy Director and employs additional field archaeologists for project work. We also work with volunteers from the local archaeological society and undergraduate archaeology students providing opportunities to take part in excavations.
