The Trust for Thanet
Archaeology was founded in 1987 with
the sponsorship of Thanet District Council and Thanet Archaeological
Society, the first President of the Trust was Lord Scarman.
The current President of the Trust is Dr Steve Ladyman MP and we are administered by an executive committee of: Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Director and Deputy Director.
The Trust employs a Director, Deputy Director and two additional archaeologists.
